Microfill, with a history dating back to 1949, is an established industrial company in the field of calcium carbonate-based fillers, offering the Greek and international markets a broad and specialized portfolio of high value-added products. The company operates a modern production facility in Corinth, with a total annual capacity of 130,000 tons, as well as a privately owned calcium carbonate deposit in Greece. Its raw materials rank among the top internationally in terms of chemical purity and whiteness.

Despite operating in a highly competitive and largely standardized industry, innovation and differentiation have consistently been core pillars of its strategy. Through continuous investment in research and technological development, Microfill has developed advanced mineral grinding and surface coating methods. Its products stand out for their optimized particle size distribution, high whiteness, significant reduction in TiO₂ consumption, easy dispersion, improved rheological properties, and high filling capacity.

Microfill is a reliable partner for the international paints and plastics industries, serving applications such as architectural paints, PVC compounds for cables, profiles and pipes, as well as PPE and PE masterbatch producers. Approximately 60% of its production is exported to international markets in more than 25 countries, confirming the company’s strong export orientation and consistent global presence.

Since 2026, the strategic investor of Vitex A.E. has been strengthening Microfill’s growth momentum and long-term strategic development.
